If your kitchen staff prefers an alternate language, you can enable a second language on order receipts by following these steps:

Web Dashboard

  1.  Log in to your  at www.clover.com/home
  2. Click to access your Old Dashboard
  3. Click on the Settings link at the top right
  4. Scroll down to the Order Receipts section
  5. Under layout Options, click to enable the Show orders in second language option
  6. Click on the Inventory tab to start defining items with a name in the second language.

    You can also do this in the new Web Dashboard by clicking on the Inventory Web App.

  7. Click on the Language drop-down menu, and select the Second Language option
  8. Edit the item name by clicking on it and typing in the second language name

Clover Device

  1. Log into your Clover Device
  2. From the home screen, tap on the Setup icon to open the Setup app
  3. In the Setup menu, tap on the Receipts button
  4. Tap on the Order Receipt Options tab
  5. Tap to enable the Show Alternative Inventory Names option
