How do I decrease the time it takes for Kitchen Display to send an order to show up on the tablet?

f a Order placed on the Clover Station is taking too long to show-up on the Kitchen Display, you can adjust the frequency at which the Kitchen Display app pulls new or updated orders from clover.com.

Take the following steps to adjust the Polling Frequency:

  • Go to "Settings" by tapping the 3 dots on the top-right of the Kitchen Display app.
  • Tap on "Clover POS Connection"
  • Tap on "Polling frequency"
  • Select the desired frequency.
