I connected but my sales have not transferred. What do I do?

There are a few situations that can cause sales to not transfer into your accounting solution.

  • It can takes up to 48 hours for sales information to start transferring into your accounting solution. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know when transfers will begin.
  • If it has been longer than 48 hours and you use QuickBooks Desktop, make sure you have the Intuit Sync Manager installed and running.  for more information on the Intuit Sync Manager.
  • It is possible that an error needs to be addressed. Refer to the article on  for more help.
